Promotion codes are limited to one use per customer and cannot be combined with other offers, if not otherwise explicitly stated. Promotion codes and offers are only valid within the explicitly set time or as far as we have stock and not applicable to previously placed orders.
Orders are shipped by courier service (DHL or UPS) and are fully insured by the courier. Once an order leaves our shop, you will receive a tracking number which you can use to track your order. A physical street address and signature are required upon delivery. Couriers do not deliver to post-office boxes.If your address is not serviced by DHL or UPS, we'll mail the purchase by Canada Post.
Goods will be shipped on regular working days, Monday to Fridays. Delivery times may be a little longer during sales and public holidays. Please note that the following delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination.
International orders may be subject to custom/duty/taxes levied by the importing country. By placing an order with Blue Button Shop, you acknowledge that you understand this and that you are responsible for any such charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for current rates.
Returns and exchanges can be made within 7 days from the date of purchase. All sale and discounted items, including any promo codes used are considered final sale and are ineligible to be returned or exchanged. All charges incurred as the result of an exchange or return (including shipping, duties and taxes) are customer’s responsibility. In cases of online purchase returns, all orders purchased with free shipping will require a repayment of the initial shipping cost upon return of the product (Canada $10, USA $19, International $35), which will be deducted from the refund.
A return authorization (RA) number is required for an exchange or return. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a RA number prior sending item back for an exchange or return. Please note RA number is not required for in-store return.
All returns and exchanges must be in original resalable condition (unwashed & unworn) with the original tags and packaging intact.
In case of exchange, items may only be exchanged for other regular priced items available at www.bluebuttonshop.com. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, which include the return shipping of product back to our store and the re-shipping fee of the exchanged item.
Returns will be refunded by the original method of payment upon inspection and approval, excluding the initial shipping charge (Canada $10, USA $19, International $35) for all orders. Return shipment may send via postal service (Canada Post, EMS, Royal Mail, etc.) or courier service (DHL, FedEx, UPS, Purolator). Shipping with these methods may incur brokerage fees, which will be deducted from the credit/refund you will receive.All returned items must be declared as “Warranty Repair/Return on Canadian Goods” and under a $1 CAD value in the customs section of return shipping label. Returns that are not properly declared will incur additional fees.We advise using a tracking service for returns as we are not responsible for any damaged or lost returns. Return shipping must be done within 7 business days. Returns arriving at our store late shall not be accepted.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
You (the customer) abide by and understand that Blue Button Shop is not liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any of the services we provide. You also accept that Blue Button Shop does not assume any responsibility for lost packages. All orders made through Blue Button Shop are purchased at your own risk. Blue Button Shop will provide you with a tracking number and contact information for the shipping company as needed. If there has not been any tracking information provided, please contact email@example.com immediately. Once you have been provided the tracking, it is your responsibility to coordinate and contact the shipping company be it DHL, UPS or Canada Post. Failure to provide an email address or contact phone number will lessen your chances of being contacted by the courier company. By ordering through the Blue Button Shop web store, you abide by all of these conditions.
If you wish to order an item online but wish to pick up the order from our store, please continue through the ordering checkout process online and select '"pick up" to bypass the shipping. Please note, you must be located in Canada in order to pick up the order.
