FDMTL’s shirt jacket in its boro jacquard, an indigo cotton woven in Okayama to look like boro, the Japanese tradition of patched and mended cloth. The jacquard creates the layered, pieced-together look within a single fabric, and it has a soft, gentle hand closer to a sweatshirt than to stiff denim. The fit is a timeless standard, with chest pockets and no lining. Wear it buttoned as a jacket over a tee or light knit, or open like an overshirt. The rinse finish keeps the indigo deep, and it will fade with wear.
