The nylon twill is woven from taslan yarn, which is processed for loft and softness, so it has the natural, slightly matte hand of a cotton or wool rather than the slick feel of typical nylon, and it stays light to wear. The collar can be worn open or closed and turned up. The bags at the waist detach, and each one can be used on its own, so the coat works as a clean, tailored long coat or as a more utilitarian piece with everything you need close at hand.
