A half-zip knit inspired by raindrops on a window, seen from inside on a rainy day as soft light comes through. Mame Kurogouchi recreates that scattered gradient of large and small drops in the knit itself. The face is a smooth, high-twist cotton yarn, and small openings are knit into the front layer only, so a lamé yarn on the inside catches the light through them. It’s a subtle shimmer rather than sparkle, and in black it reads as quietly textured up close and clean from a distance. The fabric is soft and settles easily on the body, so it works as an everyday knit, on its own or layered under a jacket.
