For regular priced items, returns and exchanges can be made within 7 days from the date of purchase. All items purchased at a discounted rate are considered final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Customer is responsible for all charges incurred from an exchanged or return. All online orders received free shipping will require a repayment of the initial shipping cost upon return of the product (Canada $10, USA $19, International $35), which will be deducted from the refund.
