The Taiga Takahashi Military Trousers are inspired by U.S. military uniform slacks from the 1930s, thoughtfully reinterpreted for modern wear. While preserving the original high-rise waist and straight-leg silhouette, the proportions have been refined for a more contemporary fit and everyday versatility.
Crafted from 100% cotton using Taiga Takahashi’s custom-developed twisted mélange gabardine, the fabric features specially engineered yarns that create a richly textured surface with subtle tonal depth. Drawing inspiration from early 20th-century Italian military chambray, the fabric combines multiple yarn colors to achieve a naturally weathered appearance. A final degreasing wash gives the trousers a smooth, fluid hand while maintaining their distinctive character.
