ORDER CONFIRMATION

By placing an order, you agree to the terms & conditions of Blue Button Shop. Once we have received your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order. In the event of incorrect stock levels, we reserve the right not to deliver, even though we have received the order. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the order terms in the confirmation, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. PRICES

Please note that our prices do not include shipping charges. We reserve the right to adjust incorrect prices. Prices shown on the site are in Canadian Dollars. All Canadian orders are subject to provincial sales taxes as outlined in the chart below.

PROMOTIONS

Promotion codes are limited to one use per customer and cannot be combined with other offers, if not otherwise explicitly stated. Promotion codes and offers are only valid within the explicitly set time or as far as we have stock and not applicable to previously placed orders.

SHIPPING METHODS

Orders are shipped by courier service (DHL or UPS) and are fully insured by the courier. Once an order leaves our shop, you will receive a tracking number which you can use to track your order. A physical street address and signature are required upon delivery. Couriers do not deliver to post-office boxes. If your address is not serviced by DHL or UPS, we'll mail the purchase by Canada Post.

DELIVERY TIME AND COSTS

Goods will be shipped on regular working days, Monday to Fridays. Delivery times may be a little longer during sales and public holidays. Please note that the following delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES

International orders may be subject to custom/duty/taxes levied by the importing country. By placing an order with Blue Button Shop, you acknowledge that you understand this and that you are responsible for any such charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for current rates.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Within 7 days of the date of purchase, returns will be refunded by the original method of payment, provided they are in original resalable condition with original tags, minus the initial shipping charge (Canada $10, USA $19, International $35)

Before you send items back to us for an exchange or return, you must first contact us at info@bluebuttonshop.com to request a return authorization (RA) number. Please note that RA numbers are not required for in-store returns.

Exchanges for another size are accepted on regular priced items only, which must be in an unworn condition with the original tags and packaging intact. 

Please contact us as soon as possible to reserve another size. Products may only be exchanged for other regular priced products available at www.bluebuttonshop.com. You, the customer are responsible for all shipping costs, which includes the return shipping of the product back to our store and the shipment of the exchanged item.

In the case of discounted items, these are considered final sale items and cannot be returned for store credit or exhanged for another size.

Returns for orders made within Canada, USA and internationally are solely the responsibility of the customer.  Please contact info@bluebuttonshop.com prior to sending the package back to our store location.  You may ship your return via postal service (Canada Post, EMS, Royal Mail, etc.) and via courier service (DHL, FedEx, UPS, Purolator).  Shipping with these methods may incur brokerage fees, which will be deducted from the credit/refund you will receive.  All returned items must be declared as “Warranty Repair/Return on Canadian Goods” and under a $1 CAD value in the customs section of return shipping label. Returns that are not properly declared will incur additional fees.  We advise using a tracking service for the return as we are not responsible for damaged or lost returns.

Please Note: Returns are designated for regular priced items, sales items cannot be returned for store credit nor refunded.

When returning the item back to our store, the item must be in an unworn condition with all original tags and packaging.

Return shipping must be done within 7 business days. Returns arriving at our store later shall not be accepted.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages:

You (the customer) abide by and understand that Blue Button Shop is not liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any of the services we provide.  You also accept that Blue Button Shop does not assume any responsibility for lost packages.  All orders made through Blue Button Shop are purchased at your own risk.  Blue Button Shop will provide you with a tracking number and contact information for the shipping company as needed.  If there has not been any tracking information provided, please contact info@bluebuttonshop.com immediately. Once you have been provided the tracking, it is your responsibility to coordinate and contact the shipping company be it DHL, UPS or Canada Post.  Failure to provide an email address or contact phone number will lessen your chances of being contacted by the courier company.  By ordering through the Blue Button Shop web store, you abide by all of these conditions.

Pick up:

If you wish to order an item online but wish to pick up the order from our store, please continue through the ordering checkout process online and select '"pick up" to bypass the shipping.  Please note, you must be located in Canada in order to pick up the order.
